This is just value and not waht someone is 'prepared to pay'. Im interested in knowing how you calculate prices. Im especially interested to hear from those who have been valued by an independant for whatever reason. Not so interested to hear from small companies. (This isnt a thread about sale of business, just valuation) I know that lots of business usually sell for 12x turnover (or profit) when they are just websites. Is this an accurate way of working out?
