Error while sending the email: The requested name is valid, but no data of the reques

Hey all this is my first post on the forum. Been learning the program all day and have run into a problem. i get this error in my mail server settings

 

Error while sending the email: The requested name is valid, but no data of the requested type was found

 

Does this mean it cannot login to the server to send the email?

 

if so can you help me out here. which do i choose?

 

Send Method:

 

Microsoft CDONTS/CDOSYS

or

Internal

 

 

SMTP Server: what do i put here?

 

"From" Email: do i just put any email here? or does it have to be specific to the username?

 

 

Server Requires Authentication - do i put yes or no?

 

User Name: whats the username? the username to the email address or the server.

 

 

Password - for the server or email address?

 

I use cpanel. can i get all this information off that?

 

My webhosting server = http://www.ehostuk.info

Mail Server should be your mail server.

From Email should be the meail addy you are sending the email from.

Server Requires Auth, most servers need this

Username should be the email address

And password should be your password.

 

Think of it similar to setting up and account in Outlook, or another mail program.
