CSS server restarts

I have had a couple customers say that when thier 75 tic CSS server get to about 18 people in it that it will restart. I origionaly thought that maybe the server CPU usage was getting to high, but it is very low. Any tips or ideas what I can look into to help find out what is happening?

With source servers, open up the windows dump file to look at what it says. There are often some very helpfull information in those files
