Daersun
Has anyone seen a decline in the quality of customers over the last 2 months? We went from about 5% ordering the 2$/slot server to about 70%. Our support has increased, and number of stupid tickets increased. Just wondered if it was just me.
jbiloh
Been pretty steady here. 10% of the customers will always account for 90% of your support time. The market is just generally slow, with the seasons not active.
Daersun
I thought it was supposed to be 80/
jbiloh
For us, its closer to 90/
Daersun
Very true, I assume a new customer will put in 2-3 support tickets in the first 2 weeks. After that, we dont normally hear from 90% of them.
Defcon|Rich
That's odd.. Our signup rate has been steadily going up the past few months.. Maybe some of the more experienced customers are getting out of shared hosting and going to dedicated servers?
DougK94
Yup, I think more and more groups are playing multiple games and they find it is cheaper to go with dedicated servers than paying for mutiple game servers.
