Hello. Is there a version of this software for UNIX/LINUX?

No there isnt. There was a linux version awhile ago but development was stopped due to the demand for the windows version.

 

Your next question would probally be: "Can I get that version" - Nope It was beta

 

and then: "Will the linux version be finsihed someday" - POssibly sometime eventually.

Well with 21,000+ servers powered at the moment with Windows and our software, I can't see it sucking too bad

Imagine how much you would earn if you had version for linux..

We are using both (Windows and Linux) and happy with it. Since Half Life based games run (unfortunatlly) better on the windows platform its no wonder that there are more windows gameservers.
