Changing Passwords

Is it possible to prevent standard TC Users from changing their password?

 

We've found that people often change their password to silly simple things, and we want to be able to enforce a certain standard in passwords. So if they can't change it, then they are stuck with the reasonably complex one which we issue them, which is what we want.

 

Also by doing that, we can keep a record of the passwords ourselves, so if a user has a problem, we can login as them and see it from their perspective.
