Web Server Outage

Looks like our DC had a connectivity problem for a bit. Connection seems to be restored, and we will be rebooting the webserver shortly as we seem to be getting some errors from Modernbill.

Everything seems to be back to normal now.

While the site, forums, billing and support systems are up, we appear to still be having problems with our email.

 

We have people working on it, and will get a corrected as soon as we can.

 

We are still actively checking the support system, and ask that if you enter a ticket, please log back into the support system to view responses, as you will not get an automated email notification that we have responded.

Correction. Outbound emails seem to be working. Inbound seems to be the problem. So you will receive emails from us and the support system.

We apologize for the downtime. Apparently the connectivity outage yesterday afternoon did more damage than we though and our disks needed some additional work to repair the damage.

 

Our provider has patched things up for us and they appear to be normal now.

 

Please let us know if you come across anything broken or out of the ordinary.

We were also made aware of a problem with the billing system a short while ago. This issue has been corrected as well.
