Punbuster Update

When my clients click on the punkbuster update icon it runs and says it was updated but when you rejoin the game it still says it is out of date.

The PB update simply downloads the latest .dll file from Punkbuster. From there the server should update itself. This update may take some time.

 

If it doesn't there are a couple common problems.

 

1. The currently running version is way out of date.

2. Your servers can't connect to the PB servers for the updates.

 

You can also run the pb_sv_update command via the in game console to force the server to update.
