I know, but we need the email address you entered in the order form. Otherwise I cannot look up the account. I tried looking that email up in our system and do not see anything.

 

If you like, please give sales a call at 1-866-369-7056 tomorrow morning and you can give them your info such as name, address etc... so the account can be looked up and we can see why you did not receive your information.
