License issue

My license was deactivated. I have been out alot with family issues and am guessing I did not make the payment this month, but cannot find the reminder email looks like I did not get one this month. I am trying to get into billing to verify but cannot get logged in. I had my password sent back to me and still cannot login to make the payment if needed. I need to get the license reenabled as soon as possible what do I need to do?
