need support please

I've opened a ticket a month ago now asking for assistance with no reply.

 

I have a master server license and a modernbill license on the same invoice billed monthly. I need to cancel the modernbill only but i'm afraid to cancel the invoice and create a new master as it would break all my servers.

 

Please help!!
