Could not communicate with the master server.

Exactly as it says. The database is fine, the password is fine, the username is fine, the encryption key is fine. The web server is even running on the same server. I've been banging my head deleting the site, redoing it. It's not working...

 

Ideas...

If you are the same person who just put in a ticket, read the response. You installed it as Webserver only. It needs to be Master Server and Webserver.

No I did not submit a ticket. And no, the master and web server were both installed.

I would put in a ticket and have one of us look at it then Include any info such as the url and login info, and where exactly you are seeing the error occur.
