Patch available to users?

Hi,

 

I created a zip file containing the Ventrilo 3.0 binaries, and created a patch - but when i login as a user, the patch icon is not available. When I login as admin and go to their server, it is there.. Is there something I'm missing? I tried to find access right/etc but I can't find anything.

 

Any help appreciated. Thanks.

figured it out, was missing the "allow user installation" checkmark..
