KenHart1969 Posted November 20, 2007 Share Posted November 20, 2007 Hi, We rent a server in the UK and they use TCAdmin, shortly after the 12th Novemeber - apparently - the company we rent from updated TCAdmin. About 5 seconds later we were unable to FTP to the server and now when using the TCAdmin panel to do things (eg like File manager) we get this message in Red :arrow:"Service ID is not valid." The people we rent from seem to be too busy or are unable to sort this, so I thought I'd take the initiative, and sign up to ask this question after failing to find any similar results in your forums. I would appreciate any help or hints, tips or suggestions (no dodgy ones please) to resolve this problem.
