Hi,

 

We rent a server in the UK and they use TCAdmin, shortly after the 12th Novemeber - apparently - the company we rent from updated TCAdmin.

 

About 5 seconds later we were unable to FTP to the server and now when using the TCAdmin panel to do things (eg like File manager) we get this message in Red :arrow:"Service ID is not valid."

 

The people we rent from seem to be too busy or are unable to sort this, so I thought I'd take the initiative, and sign up to ask this question after failing to find any similar results in your forums.

 

I would appreciate any help or hints, tips or suggestions (no dodgy ones please) to resolve this problem.

There is nothing we or you can do from this end, your host is the only one who can fix this problem.

Correct, the company that you rent from must submit a support ticket to us.

I have actually managed to speak with the host's owner..

 

He said, I'm a little busy right now, send me a ticket...Problem is I cant as the TCAdmin has disabled our menus..

 

Ah well...

sounds like it might be time for a new provider ??? NO not me I don;t do UK
