ECF
Email settings are located in System Settings>Email Settings. Set them up similar to how you would setup your settings in Outlook. FTP is built in. After you create a server you can FTP in using the game server's IP and the login info from the panel for the user you created the game for. ECF
550 Domain does not exist That error is on your email server. There is nothing we can do for you about it. You need to contact your hosting provider.

DougK94
Are you able to send and receive email for this account using Outlook? If so the settings for TCAdmin will be exactly like they are for Outlook.
DougK94
Are you hosting TCA on your server or are you using TCA to host it for you?
DougK94
My guess is that the account either does not allow SMTP sent thru it or possibly the server TCAdmin is installed on is not resolving the domain name.
nhouck
Did you setup SMTP and POP3 services on your server? Did you create your email domains? Sounds like you didn't do either.
