Mod Installation issues

I am having a problem with Mods at the moment. I have a mod for JKA in the TCA.Mods folder in the ZIP format. Everything is fine and the mod does install for as long as I don’t RAR the entire skeleton folder, as soon as I replace the JA folder with JA.rar (which contains the TCA.Mods folder with the zipped mod) the installation from the TCAdmin menu does not happen.

 

However the file is copied into the Client folder.

 

I’m not sure what’s happening but for some reason the mod is being installed from the skeleton folder instead of the client’s folder. I need some help please, has anyone ever experienced anything like this? Maybe someone knows the solution?
