nhouck
I installed the latest patch and set the UT3 server configuration to use GameSpy4 protocol, but it doesn't see to work as I get "game server is not responding" emails right away. What am I doing wrong?
ECF
Have you set the queryport in the commandline?
nhouck
Hmm the queryport defaults to 6500, you only have to set it if you want to override the default. Is it not going to add 100 to the port automatically then? I guess maybe that is the problem. For UT2004 if the game port is not available and it adds the port increment of say 100 to the default port, it will also add 100 to the default query port automatcially. I assumed this is going to work the same way. I'm guess it is not however?
nhouck
Also under the Server Status and Administration link I get "No results were returned." Should this have info? On a related note, will this fix the problem where the CPU utilization under the Load Balancing area would show 0% for a server with several UT3 servers on it, even if the CPU was high? I.e. the lack of query was breaking the load balancing for automated server creation.
