Setting Affinity for game hogs

Games such as BF2142 and especially MOH Airborne use tons of resources. Just wondering if it would help assigning these games to 1 core instead of keeping all boxes unchecked so windows will not load balance the resources.

 

On this one box we have about 12 servers running and this lemon of a game takes up almost 25%. So if we set the affinity to core 4 or core 1 for example will this help ?

I can tell you for a fact that BF2142 can only run on 1 core so if you are going to set it to multiple cores it won't help. Airborne runs on the UT3 engine which will utilize multiple cores.
