Is there a way to have TCADMIN run a server.cfg file in a different folder other than main?

Yup. Simply go into the game config file and click default files icon. Delete the current server.cfg linkn and create a new one where you point it to another directory.

 

Currently the default would be set to /main/server.cfg.

 

You can change this to anything you like. Example: /mods/pam4/server.cfg

 

Just make sure that you copy the template file from original server.cfg file before deleting the link. Then once you create the new file link you can simply paste it into the new template file.
