Garry's Mod Won't display players

I recently purchased TCAdmin and had a client rent a gmod server,

I downloaded the Gmod 10 config I found in this forum. It worked at first but then there was a big garrysmod update and the game directory changed. I edited the config to work with this and it does.

However, now when you click on "Server Status and Administration" it will not show the players on the server, I can enter in the "status" command and it will show the players in a return window.

How could I fix this to show the players on the server?

I have included a copy of the config I am using, thank you.

Also, here is a better /orangebox/garrysmod/cfg/server.cfg

"ServerSettings"

{

"hostname" "%hostname%"

"sv_password" "%privatepassword%"

"rcon_password" "%rconpassword%"

"sv_lan" "0"

"maxplayers" "%slots%"

"sbox_allownpcs" "1"

"sbox_maxprops" "100"

"sbox_maxragdolls" "2"

Thank you again, sorry for the double post

Edit: I changed the server.cfg directory to orangebox/garrysmod/cfg/server.cfg and it stopped working, the cfg worked before, the directories seem to be in the correct place, just the players aren't displayed.

Change your working directory to / instead of /orangebox and your relative userfiles to / instead of /orangebox. See if that fixes it. I generated my Gmod config and compared it to yours and your game compatibility is the same as mine. My server.cfg is in

/orangebox/garrysmod/cfg/server.cfg

and consists of

{

"hostname" "%hostname%"

"rcon_password" "%rconpassword%"

"sv_password" "%privatepassword%"

"sv_lan" "0"

"maxplayers" "%slots%"

"sbox_allownpcs" "1"

"sbox_maxprops" "100"

"sbox_maxragdolls" "2"

"sbox_maxnpcs" "0"

"sbox_maxballoons" "10"

"sbox_maxeffects" "50"

"sbox_maxdynamite" "5"

"sbox_maxlamps" "5"

"sbox_maxthrusters" "20"

"sbox_maxwheels" "20"

"sbox_godmode" "0"

"sbox_plpldamage" "1"

"sbox_playergod" "0"

"sbox_noclip" "1"

"sbox_maxhoverballs" "20"

"sbox_maxvehicles" "3"

"sbox_maxbuttons" "20"

"sbox_maxsents" "20"

"sbox_maxemitters" "5"

"sbox_maxspawners" "3"

"sbox_maxturrets" "2"

}

Personally I don't see why GSPs want to host this game. Customers can create as many bots as they like and eat up your server's CPU in a heartbeat.

Thank you, I changed both of the directories to / and I still cannot see any active players :confused:

Also, I can rent out Gmod servers because I don't rent to too many clients and I keep them pretty close. If I see a server is using too many system resources I look into it
