email problem

hi,

 

I have the following problem..

 

I paid my server +-36 hours ago with paypal

 

and then I got the following email:

 

**This Mailbox is not monitored**

and thats it..

 

I did it with "pieterjan.neskens@gmail.com" so its gmail.. somthing with the POP thing that doesnt work? I dont know :)

 

Do I still need to get another email? is it normal it takes that long? or is there something wrong?

 

SO :) What should I do?

You need to login to the billing system to pay your invoices. You cannot simply send Paypal payments to billing@balaneservers.com.

 

Billing System is located here: https://www.tcadmin.com/billing

 

You will now need to put in a support ticket and provide the Paypal transaction number so we can manually apply the payment to the account. Also provide you account info in the ticket.
