I paid my server +-36 hours ago with paypal and then I got the following email: **This Mailbox is not monitored** If you have questions regarding your billing, please call us toll-free at 1-866-369-7056 or for inmternational customers at 978-712-4126, or you may also use our online Support System located at: http://esupport.tcadmin.com Thanks! Balance Servers / TCAdmin Billing and thats it.. I did it with "pieterjan.neskens@gmail.com" so its gmail.. somthing with the POP thing that doesnt work? I dont know Do I still need to get another email? is it normal it takes that long? or is there something wrong? SO What should I do? ECF Posted February 12, 2008 Share Posted February 12, 2008 You need to login to the billing system to pay your invoices. You cannot simply send Paypal payments to billing@balaneservers.com. Billing System is located here: https://www.tcadmin.com/billing You will now need to put in a support ticket and provide the Paypal transaction number so we can manually apply the payment to the account.
