Just to address a few burning questions:

 

Hyped was backed by an investment group, so I am unable to speak to the status of our assets at this time.

 

Any customers who ordered after the merger have been refunded.

 

Any customers who sent me a nasty email swearing at me was told to sue me.

 

Any customer that emailed me politely asking for a refund was issued a pro-rated refund.

I will answer a few quick questions here as well regarding what caused the doors to be closed.

 

We suffered a catastrophic failure causing the deletion of one of our key databases, while this database could have been rebuilt within about 48 hours however, after speaking with the board for a few hours, the decision was made to close the doors and walk away. A decision I firmly supported.

 

Simply speaking there are better markets out there to invest in, both with time and money.

For people wondering about myself, I have already begun working on a new project and myself and my partners are currently shopping for VC, we have 3m committed out of 10m so expect to hear announcements within the next 3-9 months.
