Just noticed myself. Since the merger with Paralells we have had nothing but trouble with the reseller license system, and now this.

 

I will be submitting a ticket to them to get this straightened out.

Should we take any precautions in assuming everythings running on par? (such as adding remote licenses etc)

This is a shock to me as well as the rest of you. I was in the billing system no more than 2 hours ago doing some cancellations. I just tried to login and got that error message myself.

 

Modernbill has change their entire site around and none of my support logins work. The only login that seems to work is to our resellers account for the licenses we resell.

 

I can assure you there will be an unwanted phone call to modernbill tomorrow morning from me regarding this issue.

 

For those of you waiting to order I apologize, but there is nothing I can do until I can contact them in the morning to correct whatever they did.

Yea. We just lost $140 today because it has taken so long to get this license. The clients said bye. I hope this comes back up so we can get it today or later tonight.

The system has only been down for 2 hours max. Not sure where you are getting the 7 hours from?

 

If you would like to put in a support ticket with the name and email associated with the license I can have Luis add one manually for you.

Yea. Kevin cant find the master we have over in london. Which is werid since we are using it. He is looking again. Kevin is taking care of me in the Tickets.

Billing System is back up again. I was able to catch someone from MB on MSN and got it fixed.

 

It had something to do with the migration to their new billing system and some test licenses we had for v4 and v5 under our account tat we used for testing the tcadmin modules.

Hint-Serv Chris. I just looked at the billing system. There was never a remote ordered under your account today. There was a Paypal payment for an open invoice under your account, but no order placed.
