ECF Posted April 8, 2008 Share Posted April 8, 2008 This is a shock to me as well as the rest of you. I was in the billing system no more than 2 hours ago doing some cancellations. I just tried to login and got that error message myself. Modernbill has change their entire site around and none of my support logins work. The only login that seems to work is to our resellers account for the licenses we resell. I can assure you there will be an unwanted phone call to modernbill tomorrow morning from me regarding this issue. For those of you waiting to order I apologize, but there is nothing I can do until I can contact them in the morning to correct whatever they did. ECF Posted April 8, 2008 Share Posted April 8, 2008 Billing System is back up again. I was able to catch someone from MB on MSN and got it fixed. It had something to do with the migration to their new billing system and some test licenses we had for v4 and v5 under our account tat we used for testing the tcadmin modules.
