Weird Problem I am seeking help for

Hi All,

 

Ok I have installed, deleted and re-installed TC Admin over and over again and I have now ran into an Issue I cannot find anything in the forums that will help me so I am asking for some assistance.

 

In the Admin Home > Gaming Services area it lists all the current servers with this info:

 

Server Owner Connection Info Game Server Mod Status Action

 

Seems I have 2 different things listed under the owner column. One is ADMIN and the other is RONS1

 

What do I need to do or where do I have to go to change that?

I am trying to change the RONS under owner to Admin and do away with the other.

I have tried to open some of the db files to see if I can find anything there and it seems it is all encrypted or something.

1) Click on the game server you wish to change

 

2) Then click service settings

 

3) Change the owner to admin and click save at the bottom

Ok thanks that worked and I overlooked that somehow.

 

Now how can I set that up to either reflect Admin on all new sign ups or maybe the actual customers username? I need to get rid of that RON thing somehow, hehe

When you click on "Create a Game and Voice Server" icon and you create a game/voice server you can specify the owner of the server.

Yeah I guess I can do that, but this is all done via automation from WHMCS. But will see what I Can come up with.

You could be able to specify a username and password for the server. When a customer signs up, it should make a new username and password that the customer and sets it up on that user. It works like that on clientexec and modernbill, so i assume it works the same.

 

Specifiy a field for username and password in your signup and add the attribute for username and password to each field. This should create the user automatically.
