Hi there, if i want to call the number my cellphone beeps a few times and then just do nothing:S

i'm from belgium btw

That is not a toll free number. You will see how to dial international from your location.

Google international location numbers. You will be able to find out the extension. The beeps your hearing could mean its ringng, but beause your from outside the US it will change how it dials, same if i ring france.

well it beeps fast 4x and then it stops always when i call international numberz

Interesting, contact your phone provider and have them enable international calling, as it seems to be disabled which is the beeping you get. If you are allowed to call international numbers and put the number in wrong without the area code, etc. you will normally get an automated message telling you to retry again, or the phone will start ringing.
