I am in need of windows call of duty 2 files. I have searched all over the internet and have yet to find them. Thanks Derek

Sorry to say that is because there is no downloadable server files for any of the CoD series. You will need to upload them from a local install, or manually install on one of your servers.

Yes direct2drive or other places you can purchase and download it, will work. But some games purchased that way, I have heard have a problem with patches. With some they use a different patch than the retail box version. I have only used boxed versions of games and have no experience with direct2drive or any other similar places.

I used Direct2Drive for R6LV and it was a pain. I had to overwrite the game exe and dlls, with my local copy, to be able to automate it.
