Time Start

Is there any way to enable some way for game servers (really an application) to have a timed start? I've got an auto SVN updater, but I'd like the client to be able to start it whenever they want but also update at 1AM (or time of their choosing).

I'd also like to hear more about getting SVN updaters to work with this.
