error creating server

Hi,

 

when i accept the ordered game server i see an error in whmcs, no code or explanations, just error creating server.

in the tcadmin server is successfully created, emails sent etc.

 

client's game server status in whmcs stays pending

 

what can be the problem?

Probably access to WHMCS and FTP to your Tcadmin logs.
