3rd party programs to help prevent lag on dedicated servers?

Anyone know of any 3rd party programs to help prevent lag on dedicated servers? This is mostly for Halo CE, because for some reason we have reports of unstable ping. Just trying to help the customers.

 

 

Any suggestions would be great!

A program that runs on a dedicated server on the desktop to help lower pings of the servers on it. Like overclocking the internet. Unstable pings, meaning in Halo especially, pings can be 60-90, then go to like 200ish... This only happens in Halo CE 1.00, and I am not really sure why...

It could be Halo's master server causing it as well.
