ECF - I tried to order another 2 remote licences, but I get the same result as the last time (paypal button doesn't show up).

 

Please order in my account (servers@krond.org) 2 remote licences (I already have 1 Master licence).

I'm not ECF, but I used to get that issue, try using IE -if you aren't already- to order. Whenever I use firefox/opera or anything else besides IE I sometimes get that same error.

I know this issue with Modernbill.

 

You need to select the same state and country as last time. I kept having this issue and that is what Parallels told us to do.

His issue seems to be more than what you mentioned. I have even tried to order it for him and still get fraudguardian blocking it. Which is why the Paypal link does not show up.

 

We now have a decent system for him to order new licenses. We simply did it manually.
