source tv issue

hello, im trying to get sourcetv to work. it was working, but all of a sudden it called quites. . . heres some info from my source tv relay. . .

command line -game cstrike -console +tv_relay xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:27018

 

and heres my config. . .

on the server, the tv_enable is set to 1, and the sourcetv bot is in the server. i also have these settings in my server.cfg file. . .

already looked there, and tryed that. still no luck. . .
