Derek Posted August 8, 2008 Share Posted August 8, 2008 I have the option to send an email when someone buys a server but it is not sending the email. I have tested the mail settings by using the test but in the control panel and I also have it enabled. Whenever I create a gameserver I get the 2 emails regarding it but my clients dont. ECF Posted August 8, 2008 Share Posted August 8, 2008 Sounds like your mail server is having trouble sending them. Check the C:\Program Files\TCAdmin\Logs folder for a file caled mailerrors.txt and see if you can see why they are not being sent out. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I am also having problems with the graphs etc. No Data is being shown even after following the steps on how to enable them 1 by 1. I am not sure if it takes 48 hours to show or what not. We had a short period of time where our support system was acting up due to a fubared update. This may have been the cause. However it is now corrected.
