Paying For Configuration!

Anyone feel like earning some EASY MONEY. I have TCAdmin installed but configuration is too difficult for me. If anyone is interested in helping me out il pay them between 30 and 50 dollars. Here is what I need done:

 

My server is only hosting voice servers, not game servers which already makes it 100x easier for you guys.

 

I need any billing system integtrated (the cheapest one, and if there is a free one use that).

 

I need the Ventrilo and TeamSpeak configured so that with the billing system its sets them up automatically.

I assume you know that to host Ventrilo you need a license from Flagship?

 

Do you currently have one? Otherwise it would be a waste to setup ventrilo hosting in the panel.

He went through with the Teamspeak setup, I recommended WHMCS but we were having issues with IIS and PHP on the server.
