Dan M Posted September 2, 2008 Share Posted September 2, 2008 Is there an option to send the support tickets to all administrators so we don't have to login to the panel each time there is a support ticket? If there isn't could this be classed as a suggestion. I see there is an admin email option but I would like all of our administrators to have a log of the support tickets and be alerted of new ones via email.
