Remote setup issue

hi

just got a remote license now and it seems im not able to set it up:(

when i gon to add new server on web panel its fine,but when i try to get the config file it says that the path its deny:(

already cheked the firewall and put in a ticket(Ticket ID: BPO-876839 , but still no answer

not usual in this support))

my guess is that its not creating a config file:( or not uploading it to remote server..

any help?

Make sure that the TCAdminweb windows user has read and wrote permissions to the C:\Program Files\TCAdmin Control Panel\Web folder on your master server.
