and in installation in the last screen when i need to press Finish .. i get this

You are trying to run the site on ASP.NET 2.0 and unless a recent update changed things that won't work, TcAdmin requires ASP.NET 1 to run, should be changable under your IIS managemer, websites, right click the website and select properties, then select the ASP.NET tab and change the version.

With Windows Server 2008, TCAdmin must be set to run on ASP .NET 2.0 to run properly. If you set it to .NET 1.1 with this OS TCAdmin will not work.
