server not start

hi , ok i installed a panel , and try to create a server , the tca create the folder and all nisesary files , but server not started .... even if in panel say Started...

 

i have a screen of my monitor .. ia have a eror there , help to solve this thing plz

 

 

 

and another thing , i downloaded a email server in seted it up .. but i have error .. strange one ....

 

 

if i put at Internal i get

Error while sending the email: The requested name is valid, but no data of the requested type was found

----------------------------

 

if i put Microsoft CDONTS i get :

 

----------------------------

if you have a email server , witch one you use ?

or how to solve this ?
