&

(All as Drop Down)

Option Name: Game Private - Option Values: Yes, No

Option Name: Game Additional Slots - Option Values: 1,2,3,4,etc...

I keep receiving a:

Module Command Error

An unknown error occured while connecting

error.

Im using WHMCS 3.7.1

If anyone knows of anything that could help me, including log locations, etc. id greatly appreciate it.

And before people ask, I typed in my Datacenter info in the: TCXXXXXXXXXX|Houston, TX

type format. Everything to my knowledge is setup correctly.

just read the billingapi.lastcommand.txt log from TCAdmin, and this is what it says:

tcadmin_username=TCarter

tcadmin_password=(my password)

function=AddPendingSetup

response_type=XML

game_package_id=8

game_hostname=

game_rcon_password=

game_private_password=

i notice alot of blank fields. Could those be the cause of my problem? And I also notice the user_password field is auto generated from WHMCS..but not the username.

I have the domain options turned off.

Let me know if anyone has any suggestions.

Ive read and read tutorials on how to set it up, but either im an idiot and overlooked this part, or it was not added. (Common sense maybe?)

Admin Home > System Settings > Plugin Manager > Game Server Automation

I didnt add the WHMCS servers IP, and didnt enable the billing API at the bottom.

Do not feel bad, you definitely are not alone in that one, many of us did that and scratched our heads a bit before we figured it out :)
