Have you allowed the billing systems ip/hostname through the tcadmin security plugin? admin home > system settings > plugins > Security Configuration and added it to the automation configuration under billing api settings? admin home > system settings > plugins > Automation Configuration Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
