Support plugin

Hey there i just noticed today that when someone opens a support ticket i dont get notified about

 

but yet i have the pluin configured to let me know i get email when servers are created and all that stuff just nothing to do with the support area

This is because you do not have email templates created within the support plugin. Add some text to the email templates and you will start receiving the emails.
