Trial Code

I've been calling for 3-4 days now, and have left at least two messages requesting a trial code. I'm manually running 8 servers and am losing patients. I really need to get a CP and I'd like to try this one first.

they never answer the phone. give them up to a week. tis how long it took them to get to me. but they will call you if you left them all the info they needed (if you had questions). check your junk mail folder if you havnt. i know gmail tosses all tcadmin.com emails into the junk folder. others might aswell.

 

are you running all of your servers thru command line manually? try firedaemon to tide you over till you get tcadmin up. would save a few headaches. 30day free trial. not worth paying for tho i think.

I checked my spam folder, I have no mail from tcadmin other than forum registration info.

I will double check it was sent out but I have the info right in front of me. The email stuck out in my mind. It was sent out to a gmail address and the first name was John.

that's correct, should be the same email address used for the forum account.

Seriously, how long does it take to get a code? I can use a different CP if it's too much trouble. I just really wanted to try this one as everyone I've asked seems to think it's the best...

The trial was already sent out to the email you stated on the phone. I confirmed it was sent via our mail server. This was 3 days ago.

 

We cannot help it if your server did not receive it, or it got spam blocked.

I have not received it, nor is it in my spam folder, could it be resent by chance? or someone call the number I provided?
