Hi,

 

I've got a big problem..

I can't access your billing system, even if i ask for a new password it won't let me in :S

That meaning i can't pay the bills to you.. meaning chaos..

Open a support ticket and they will ask you some information about your account to verify it is you. After that they will give you the login information.

hmm, the support is within the billing and i can't login to it. i have the username,, request a new password.. get it.. use it, but the system won't log me in.. and i use tcadmin.com/billing as link.

But i will try it once more and try to request a new pass again..

You don't need to login to create a ticket although that is the better method. Here you can submit a ticket without logging in.
