xpservers
I need some advise I have some customers that use external webservers to upload cod4 logs every night for stats generation. That means 2-3 gig a night of wasted bandwidth. Is there any way I can put a cap/quota thru tdadmin on users ftp useage ? or any other recommendations to limit the amount of ftp bandwidh used per month for users ? Jissh
The ftp plugin has a cap setting for transfer rate but I don't think you can do anything for a quota. Do you have anything in your TOS that limits there bandwidth? If you do then suspend there account.
xpservers
yes I do, just looking for an easier method of monitoring each users ftp useage. From what I know you cant track bandwidth useage per user with tcadmin.
Dan M
You can view the bandwidth they use for FTP Reports > Server Reports > FTP and File Manager Bandwidth Utilization

nhouck
Tell them to stop it or you will charge them $X amount per GB each month. That will get their attention.
