Few questions...?

Okay, I have a few questions that maybe you all know (hopefully):

 

1) If we have an existing server on our tcadmin panel and we want to add that server to a client in CE, how do we go about doing that? Right now I can not see a way to link the install to a package in CE.

 

2) If we create a new package under a user, we do not have the option to activate the "server plugin" (tcadmin). Is there something we're doing wrong or?
