COD WAW R6002 Error

We have 12 servers, COD WAW runs fine on 10 of them the other 2 it just keeps rebooting. I have tried the +safe and still no luck.

Ok, so we just won’t run COD WAW on these 2 servers, not that simple, now we are getting a R6002 floating-point error when trying to run other games and programs.

Anyone else getting this error.

Activision is refusing support because I run Windows server 2003 Enterprise edition. The fix for a floating-point error does not look easy.

Is that with Tc-admin starting it or not. If so try logging in to the box an running it manually. wine 0.9.49 and cedega 6.0.3

Cedega stops at setup installer. I had a similar problem when i was installing bioshock on my windows box... i sorted it out by updating my .net framework...

what version of wine / cedega are u using

Wine Is Not an Emulator.

BioShock had that problem because it requires up to date .NET to run, CoD does not require .NET at all, so installing or updating .NET in Wine won't help at all.

As for that patch, it dates from July, so I think whatever it fixed is actually already included with the latest Wine, but I'm not 100% sure about it. If you want to try it, all you need to do is download the current Wine sources and the patch, "cd" to the directory they are in and run the commands as described in that how-to.
