Please take a moment to re-read them at http://www.tcadmin.com/terms.php We have added 2 new items. 1. Clients are now required to cancel their own services via the new billing system. Information regarding this can be found here: http://clients.tcadmin.com/knowledgebase.php?action=displayarticle&catid=4&id=4 2. We are implementing a $5.00 late payment fee for invoices that are overdue by more than 5 days. This is due to numerous clients not paying their invoices on time. If you do not pay your invoice(s) within 5 days of the due date then the billing system will automatically add a $5.00 additional charge to the invoice(s) that must be paid in order for the license(s) to be re-enabled. Please pay your invoices on time! We do not want to see you get charged extra! Anyone who does not agree with the new terms may cancel their services at any time via the billing system. Thank you!
