Left 4 dead server browser

I am really confused as to how to get this to work. Can anyone give me a direct answer as to what is to be set in the server.cfg in order for servers to be seen in the browser list. Also is is now suppose to be in the custom tab or the normal one? I have found this on the steam forums.

But i am still not seeing the server on any of the changes I make. Also the steam browser seems to be messed up right now in game, its only showing 126 servers world wide.

I am using that config file and is still not showing up in the list. Can you verify that the servers you have created are in the list? If so would you be willing to share you server.cfg file if it differs from that post's
