Does TCADMIN work with Windows 2008 Server (64 bit version)?

Yes but there are a couple of bugs that is why it is not fully supported.

We use 2008 only issue we have seen is with AA and AvP. All of the other games we have ran on it works like a champ.

Our problem is on a 2008 server, 64-bit. This is a Remote Monitor install which will not work.

Monitor.New: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

I installed .net 1.1 Redistributable, and also did the SP1 for it. Regardless, I still get this, even with an uninstall/reinstall. Any ideas?

Our 2008 server is x64 it's working fine except the 2 server in the post above.

It may be something we are missing in the setup unrelated to 2008.

I have seen this error before but I can't remember how we fixed it.
