Clientexec+Tcadmin+Godaddy Crontab issue.

After taking the time to read through the manual, I began my installation of automated services / order processing at about 5pm and have unsuccessfully managed to still be sitting here struggling over it at 1:22am. Here's what's going on:

Here's the crontab Godaddy recommended:

/web/cgi-bin/php "$HOME/html/clientexec/services.php"

Here's the error I get:

Service not defined or services not set up to run from the URL.

I did notice that at some point today, the information from clientexec did make it to the remote tcadmin server, and was in the logs. After digging I found it was a matter of not having the proper IP address placed in the api section of tcadmin. However, now it won't connect at all again, and I've changed things so many times that I'm completely lost, befuddled and worn out.

Anyone that could offer some insight, I'm all ears, and scratchy glass eyes.

Here's an update of what I've tried thus far for the cron manager in godaddy:

This is the first cron job I've placed: (which doesn't work)

4 * * * * /usr/local/bin/php -q /home/content/g/e/a/gearforpc/html/clientexec/services.php 'order'

The second is:

/web/cgi-bin/php5 /home/content/g/e/a/gearforpc/html/clientexec/services.php 'order'

Which I haven't gotten an email response from yet to see what it is doing.

Ok, I just got this response to the cron job I ran... this can't be right can it?

I certainly hope not, Godaddy is anal as heck about installing stuff for their customers, and I don't think I have a way to install it myself via godaddy's web interface.
